How to use it

1. Shampoo first and squeeze out as much water as you can — soaking wet hair absorbs far less.

3. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes; wrapping the hair in a warm towel improves absorption.
4. Rinse thoroughly. Use one to three times a week depending on the damage.
