The scent

There is almost no opening. The amber is simply there from the first second, warm and resinous, with a dry dusty quality around the edges. Over the next hours it deepens rather than changes, turning more balsamic and slightly smoky, and a faint sweetness surfaces late without ever taking over. It ends warm and very close to the skin.
