The scent
It opens on cognac and plum, sweet and slightly fermented, like fruit left too long in the sun. Then saffron arrives with leather and coffee behind it — bitter, metallic, a little smoky, and completely unlike anything in a normal designer line-up. The base is vanilla, musk and patchouli, which softens the edges and leaves a warm, powdery trail on skin that lasts well into the next morning.
