The IAU Cleansing shampoos come in three types, Relaxment (moisturising, for dry hair), Clearment (fresh, for oily scalp) and Serum Cleansing (gentle daily), each paired with a treatment: Melt Repair, Silky Repair or Serum Cream. The IAU Cell Care system is the numbered routine, 1 (scalp hydration base), 2 (professional treatment), 3M or 3S (moisture or shine lipid treatment), 4 (finish) and the weekly 5M/5S 40 ml intensives, sold as 500 ml salon bottles and 1000 ml refills. The IAU Mask 170 ml and the Hair Rinse 2-pack are the simple add-ons.

Frequently asked questions
Relaxment, Clearment or Serum Cleansing?
Relaxment for dry, frizzy hair and a dry scalp; Clearment for oily scalp and fine hair that goes flat; Serum Cleansing for everyday gentle washing on normal hair.
What is the difference between 3M and 3S?
Both are the step-3 lipid treatment. 3M ("Melt") is the moisture version for dry and damaged hair; 3S is the shine version for normal hair that needs smoothness rather than heavy moisture.
Do I need all five Cell Care steps at home?
No. At home most people use the shampoo, step 3 (3M or 3S) and a weekly 5M or 5S. The full 1-2-3-4 sequence is the salon protocol.
Are the 1000 ml and 2500 ml bottles for salons only?
They are salon sizes, but anyone can buy them; per ml they are the best value if you already use the line.
