As a treatment: apply to washed hair, massage along the whole length for 3 minutes, avoid the roots and rinse thoroughly. A heat cap for 15 minutes gives better results. As a leave-in: on damp hair divided into sections, apply a small amount away from the roots, spread it evenly, do not rinse and style as you like.
