How can I track my order?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. Most orders are delivered within 2 – 4 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot normally be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect. You can read the full policy on our Returns & Refunds page.

Yes, all Jmaloo Beauty products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted suppliers and official distributors.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery as well as major debit and credit cards for online payments.
Do you deliver to all governorates in Egypt?
Yes, we deliver across all governorates in Egypt through our shipping partners. Delivery is free on orders over EGP 1,500.
