At Jmaloo Beauty, we want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy applies to products purchased through our online store and delivered within Egypt.
Returns Within 14 Days
You may request to return or exchange an eligible product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
-Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
-Unopened, with its original seal intact
-In its original packaging
-Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Products that have been opened, used, tested, damaged after delivery, or cannot be restored to their original condition may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and product-safety considerations.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
-Your order number
-Clear photos or videos of the product
-Photos of the outer and inner packaging
-A description of the issue
After reviewing the request, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted for:
-Opened or used fragrances, cosmetics, skincare, hair-care or body-care products
-Products with removed seals or damaged packaging
-Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
-Personalised products
-Products that cannot be returned to their original condition
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, our customer-support team will contact you to arrange the refund.
Order Cancellation
You may request to change or cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been handed to the shipping company, cancellation may no longer be possible.
