- With the order number or proof of purchase
- Requested within 14 days of delivery

- Removed seals or damaged packaging
- Damage from misuse or improper storage
- Personalised products
- Items that cannot be restored to original condition

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Received something broken, expired or not what you ordered? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full — at no cost to you.
