Supplier requirements
Have these ready before you apply. Missing items slow the review down; they don't disqualify you.
Legal registration
A valid commercial register and tax card (Egypt), or the equivalent company registration in your country.
Proof of origin
Purchase invoices, a brand authorisation letter or a distribution agreement showing where the goods come from.
Product compliance
Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) cosmetic registration or notification where the product requires it, and certificates of analysis on request.
Labelling
Ingredients (INCI), batch number, production and expiry dates on every unit. Arabic labelling or an Arabic sticker for the Egyptian market.
Shelf life
At least 12 months of remaining shelf life on delivery for skincare, hair care and body care.
Price list & data
A price list in EGP or USD, barcodes (EAN), and clear product photos or permission to photograph.

How do I become a supplier for Jmaloo Beauty?

Is there a fee to register or list products?
No. Registering is free and there is no listing fee for approved suppliers. Commercial terms are agreed per supplier in writing.
Do you work with international brands that are not yet sold in Egypt?
Yes. We help new brands launch in Egypt with Arabic product content, a dedicated landing page, Google Shopping and social catalogues. The brand or its importer must handle import clearance and EDA requirements.
Which product categories are you buying?
Perfumes and fragrance mists, skincare and sun care, hair care, body care, makeup, men's grooming, oral care, beauty tools and gift sets. We also work with packaging and service providers.
What documents do I need?
A commercial register and tax card (or your country's equivalent), proof of origin such as invoices or a brand authorisation letter, EDA registration where required, and a price list.
Do you buy stock or sell on consignment?
Both. We offer outright wholesale purchase and consignment, and the right model is agreed per supplier and per range.
Do you sell inspired or private-label fragrances?
Yes, as long as they are clearly labelled as inspired or private label. We never present them as the original designer product.
How are suppliers paid?
Payment terms are set in the supplier agreement — cash on delivery, 7–60 day terms, or consignment settlement for units sold.
Can suppliers outside Egypt apply?
Yes. Suppliers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Europe, Asia and Brazil can apply. Please state your delivery lead time to Cairo and whether stock is already in Egypt.
