Three things decide whether you will actually wear a bottle: the scent family, the concentration, and the size. Get those right and price takes care of itself.
1. Start with the scent family
- Fresh and citrus — best for Cairo summers and daytime office wear. Light, clean, never heavy in heat.

2. Understand the concentration
From lightest to strongest: Eau de Cologne, Eau de Toilette (EDT), Eau de Parfum (EDP), then Extrait de Parfum. Higher concentration means more fragrance oil, longer wear and a higher price for the same scent. In Egyptian heat an EDP generally outlasts an EDT by several hours.
3. Pick the size honestly
